Forest (left) and funnel (right) plots of the effect size of the differences in global
gray matter volume between patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder and healthy
controls (using a random-effects model). On the funnel plot, the included studies appear to be symmetrically distributed
on either side of the mean effect size, suggesting no publication bias towards positive
or negative studies.
